By using our website, Facebook page, or online platforms, you agree to the following terms and conditions:

1. Product Information

   We strive to display our product images and descriptions as accurately as possible. However, slight variations may occur due to lighting, screen settings, or manual measurements.

 

1. Order and Payment

• You must provide accurate information when placing an order.

• We offer both Cash on Delivery and online payment options (where applicable).

• If you wish to cancel your order after confirmation, please notify us as soon as possible.

3. Delivery

• Delivery is made within 1-3 working days in Dhaka city, and 3-5 working days outside Dhaka.

• Delivery charges apply based on the delivery location.

4. Price Changes

   Product prices are subject to change at any time; however, such changes will not affect previously confirmed orders.

 

4. Liability

   Bahari Color is not responsible for any damages or losses incurred during product use by the customer.

আমাদের ওয়েবসাইট, ফেসবুক পেজ বা অনলাইন প্ল্যাটফর্ম ব্যবহারের মাধ্যমে আপনি নিম্নলিখিত শর্তাবলীর সাথে সম্মত হচ্ছেন।

1. পণ্য সংক্রান্ত তথ্য

আমরা আমাদের পণ্যের ছবি ও বিবরণ যথাসম্ভব সঠিকভাবে প্রদর্শন করি। তবে আলো, স্ক্রিন সেটিংস বা ম্যানুয়াল মাপের কারণে কিছু পার্থক্য থাকতে পারে।

2. অর্ডার ও পেমেন্ট

• অর্ডার দেওয়ার সময় সঠিক তথ্য প্রদান করতে হবে।

• আমরা ক্যাশ অন ডেলিভারি ও অনলাইন পেমেন্ট উভয় সুবিধা প্রদান করি (যেখানে প্রযোজ্য)।

• অর্ডার কনফার্মেশনের পর বাতিল করতে হলে যত দ্রুত সম্ভব আমাদের জানাতে হবে।

3. ডেলিভারি

• ঢাকা শহরে ১-৩ কর্মদিবস, এবং ঢাকার বাইরে ৩-৫ কর্মদিবসের মধ্যে ডেলিভারি দেওয়া হয়।

• ডেলিভারি চার্জ অঞ্চলভেদে প্রযোজ্য।

4. মূল্য পরিবর্তন

পণ্যের মূল্য যে কোনো সময় পরিবর্তিত হতে পারে, তবে পূর্বের অর্ডারে এর প্রভাব পড়বে না।

5. দায়-দায়িত্ব

পণ্য ব্যবহারের সময় গ্রাহকের যে কোনো ক্ষতির জন্য Bahari Color দায়ী থাকবে না।
